2. What we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, organisation, country, service of interest and message content that you provide. If you email us or call us directly, we hold the contact details and correspondence you send. Our web server and any analytics tools we use may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and tenders, to perform or enter into a contract with you or your organisation, and to keep records required for tax, procurement and audit purposes. Our processing is based on your consent where you submit the enquiry form, on the performance of a contract, and on compliance with legal obligations under Ghanaian law.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that support this website and our correspondence ([list hosting provider, form/email processor, analytics provider]), and with regulators, auditors or professional advisers where we are required to do so. Some of these providers process data outside Ghana; where that happens we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for [retention period, e.g. 24 months] from your last contact with us unless it forms part of a contract record, in which case it is retained for the period required by applicable tax and procurement law.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to processing and to request erasure or the blocking of processing in the circumstances the Act allows. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies that are necessary for the site to function. Analytics cookies are used only where you have accepted them; you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site and reloading the page.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure.
